How long does it take to receive my jewelry?
Every piece is meticulously handmade to order, exclusively for you, by the finest master artisans in New York City. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the jewelry to be crafted, in addition to shipping time.
We try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. If you require expedited delivery, please contact us at info@kochloe.com to confirm availability before placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the shipping tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise specified.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We provide international shipping to most countries outside the United States, subject to the shipping restrictions of each country. International shipping will incur shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or duties that may be incurred upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please note that each piece is handmade to order, and as such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

What is your warranty policy?
We provide a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Within this period, we offer complementary maintenance services, including cleaning, polishing, rethreading, and repairs. After the initial two-year period, these services are still available, but there may be a fee associated with them.
Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, improper storage, discoloration from the use of harsh chemicals, or any modifications made by third parties. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with maintenance services, warranty requests, or other related services.
How do I care for the 18K gold jewelry?
To clean and restore the brilliance of your piece, use a jewelry polishing cloth. A soft toothbrush and warm soapy water may also be used. Ensure you shield your jewelry from harsh chemicals and activities that could lead to scratching.
Is all your Jewelry customizable?
All of our pieces are made of solid 18K gold or platinum, and are neither plated nor filled. Additionally, all of our jewelry is truly customizable, whether it's a specific size or a different metal, such as 14K gold, 22K gold. For inquiries, please contact us at info@kochloe.com.
