Every piece is meticulously handmade to order, exclusively for you. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the jewelry to be crafted, in addition to shipping time.

We try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. Please contact us at info@kochloe.com before placing your order to confirm that we can meet your required delivery date.

We offer complimentary shipping within the United States.

We provide international shipping to most countries outside the United States, subject to the shipping restrictions of each country. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or duties that may be incurred upon delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the shipping tracking number.

All orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise specified. Please ensure you are available to sign for your order at the time of delivery, as you are solely responsible for accepting the delivery. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delayed deliveries, or any other issues once your order has been shipped. If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay for re-shipment.
